15 FACTS ABOUT ME

Hey Guys, it´s time to share some random facts about me. Thanks for all your messages on Instagram with things you wanted to know. I make sure to upload a part 2 soon. 🙂

  1. I feel more confident in my body now than I ever did before 😍🙏🏻
  2. I Love grocery shopping and am always so excited when new fruits & veggies come in season 😍🍍🍌🍇🍉🥑
  3. I don´t like processed vegan foods like tofu🤷🏼‍♀️
  4. My fiancé and I are planning to get married next year💍
  5. I started my blog and Instagram on the 15th of May 2016🤓
  6. I walk/ run about 8 – 10 km every day💦
  7. I never started to drink alcohol & coffee ☕❌
  8. I dont smoke and never tried any drugs 👍🏼
  9. I workout whenever I feel like it and don’t pressure myself. It can be every day for some weeks and sometimes 2-3 times a week 💦⚡😇💪🏼
  10. I want to have children in about 3 years. ☺
  11. My favorite cities are London & New York
  12. I eat around 20 dates every day 😍
  13. I am soooo indecisive😅
  14. I always use a hot water bottle and even take it on the plane with me 😅
  15. I only use natural skincare products and currently love the brand herbivore botanicals!! I love the toners, face mask and blue face oil.

Hi Caroline,
So I’ve been vegan since January, and I’m trying to eat more to stay energized, but I get full so quickly and then I find myself binging by the end of the night. Any tips? I am a full time student so I can’t sit down and enjoy a meal during weekdays. You are such an inspiration. Thanks.

    I am also a student but still always take time to shut down for a meal, I think its all about making priorities and taking time to eat is def one of mine.

    If you feel like you want to snack, you could have medjool dates instead def sweets. They are sooo delicious and so healthy too!:-)

    Ich habe früher 4 Jahre in NY gelebt und noch viele Freunde hier. Es ist irgendwie immer noch mein 2. Zuhause und ich lieeeeb es zurückzukommen.

Where did you studied nutrition? Im a speech therapyst and recently im feeling very excited about nutrition and healthy lifestyle .. this year im going to live in miami… wich college or institute donyou recommend me to study??

    I studied nutriton in Switzerland at Akademie der Naturheilkunde. I have heard that the integrative nutrition institute is quite good but I haven’t seen any books/paperwork personally.

Hey Caroline,
I really want to try a plant-based lifestyle because lately, I am not really feeling myself and I want to take better care of my body and mind! But I’m scared that I will have insufficiency of some nutrients… Do you maybe have some pointers on what foods I definitely should take in each day?
I also wanted to say you are a great inspiration and I loooove your account and website!! You really inspired me to take care of me 🙂

    Hi Ebe, thank you so much!! So glad to hear that you feel inspired to give this lifestyle a try. :-)) A few tips are to make sure you eat enough☺️ if you don’t eat enough sweet ripe fruits you will most likely crave unhealthy sugar/ carbs. Also green smoothies are such an energy booster and have tons of nutrients and vitamins. Hope that helps xx Caroline

Hi Caroline,

You said you run 8-10km every day but then also said you don’t pressure yourself to work out every day. Can you explain? Those statements seem like they are opposite.

    Hey Liv

    My usual routine is to walk/ run about 8-10 km per day on like regular busy days but I also don’t mind to take it easy on vacations and just relax for a week or two. It´s all about having a balance that make soy happy:-)))
