Caroline’s Choice is all about sharing my delicious vegan recipes, workouts and fitness tips that make you feel and look your absolute best. I have been eating a fully plant based diet for over 8 years now and my goal has always been to inspire as many people as possible to live a healthier and happier life. Because once you know how good you can feel, your life just gets better and better. I am sooo grateful for how big our community has grown over the years and receiving so much lovely feedback from you guys gets me excited every single day.

How it started

It all began with my own struggles when I was living and modelling in New York. I was trapped in an unhealthy emotional eating cycle with days of dieting and binge eating. I was desperately looking for a way out so I could finally just feel at ease with myself. Thinking about food, weight and what you should or should not eat is so emotionally draining. My mood and happiness were dependent on how much I weighed and I was constantly only surrounded by people who were having the same issue. Which makes you think it's normal. The skinnier I was the more validated I would feel. This probably sounds so far from reality for most people, but back then the beauty standards in the modelling industry were: the skinnier, the better. Which meant in turn, the more you got to work. I moved to New York on my own at 19 years old. I had no financial support and I was just so excited and ready to see the world, live on my own and find my path. I found myself doing everything I could to fit in which seemed like a small sacrifice until one day I realized that modelling was not my true calling.

Lifestyle Change

I got inspired to change my lifestyle and I tried out a plant based diet. I had never felt better eating so many fresh fruits and vegetables! I immediately fell in love with this way of eating. I felt so well nourished and energized from it throughout the whole day which in turn made me feel the healthiest and happiest I had ever been. I was eating an abundance of fresh whole foods, I didn’t restrict myself and ironically got into my best shape within a few months. No dieting, no binge eating, no overthinking, no emotional ups and downs. Just looking my absolute happiest. YAY!

I was on a mission to share this journey so everyone around me could also experience these amazing benefits. I got my nutritionist degree in Switzerland, moved to London and studied business for three years. One year into University, I started my blog and Instagram. The Best decision ever! :)))

Create a healthy relationship with your body

Over the past 2-3 years I have created over 10 recipe ebooks, shared more than 300 free workouts and over 400 free workout plans with all of you (all available on Instagram and Youtube). Combing my reset meal plans and workouts is your recipe for success and my best tip for amazing results. It’s so important to have a healthy relationship with your body. Going plant based and creating my own workouts have both been the best decisions of my life. I am so glad I get to inspire so many of you to eat more fresh, whole, less processed foods and show you how to your body mindfully. I can’t wait to see thousands more amazing transformations.
