Firstly, being vegan is already so wonderful both for your body and your mind. It brings you so much happiness because you never ever have to restrict yourself and worry about calories.
High Carb low fat means that the majority of foods that you are consuming are coming from whole foods like bananas, dates, mangos, pineapples and any other fruit as well as cooked carbs like potatoes and rice.I totally agree that eating mostly good carbs like fresh fruits will definitely give you the best results in terms of fitness and body weight.
However, I don’t think it is necessary to stress too much about following strict rules as it can feel quite restrictive for some people and that is not at all what you should feel like.Being vegan is about abundance in each meal and enjoying tasty meals made from the possibly freshest produces available.
Luckily my favorite favorite food is fruits!!! I loooooove them sooo much and could eat fruits 24/7 :-). Therefore it is the best lifestyle I could find for myself and I am so happy with the body results it comes with.
Although it sounds quite conflicting, the key is too eat enough. Many people try the high carb vegan lifestyle and fail after a few days or weeks because they are constantly hungry and don’t feel satisfied after only eating fruits. It may takes some time to get used to such large amounts of fruits but even though it is a lot of food, you will 100% get your body in such good shape.
As a result of giving your body all the good carbs it needs you will have so much energy and literally want to work out all the time. I promise you that :-)!!!
I mean how amazing is that :-)! Eat as much as you care for, always feel energized, work out a few times per week and get into your best shape.
