Hi Guys

You have probably seen me doing some Cryo sessions in my Instagram stories lately and I want to tell you a bit more about the benefits of Cryotherapy. It´s a 3 minute treatment where you enter a small cabin and the temperature drops down to minus 280 degree Farenheit. You are only wearing special shoes & gloves so your whole body is exposed to the cold. I tried it for the first time last summer in New York and absolutely LOVED it. You feel sooo energized and happy afterwards, it´s a true MOOD BOOSTER.

There are many benefits associated with Cryotherapy such as metabolism boost, circulation boost, muscle recovery, Inflammation reduction and an overall improvement of your health. Here are some of the benefits that I personally love the most.

circulation boost

Since your body is in a “shock” moment for 3 minutes, it will automatically boost circulation and try to keep you warm. As a result, your metabolism runs a lot quicker throughout the hours after the treatment.

Muscle recovery

Cool temperature remedies have been used by doctors to heal muscle areas for a long time already. It´s amazing if you workout a lot and want to avoid getting sore muscles. It also help a lot with chronic back pain or injured joints.

Energy & Mood Booster

To me this is the biggest and best benefit.:-) Ever time I go to Cryo, I feel like a whole new person afterwards. It´s like my little happy place where you go in feeling a bit tired or run down from a busy day and 3 minutes later you are full of energy. No joke, it always makes me SO HAPPY. Reduces Inflammation

Cryo therapy reduces Inflammation and therefore boosts your whole immune system even to the point that some people argue you can treat cancer with cryotherapy. I can only tell from my personal experience that I felt my Immune system improved tremendously from doing Cryo sessions. Your body gets super strong and tough.

Those are all the benefits that I experienced and I couldn’t recommend it more. 🙂 !It´s kind of my mood and energy booster instead of having coffee or other stimulants.

Is there anything we should care about the cryo? For example is there any age limits or do we need something special to protect the teeth from the cold or people with heart problems, can they try it as well?

I take (amazing) cold showers every morning (thanks to your advice!) am booking my first Cyrotherapy session (and infrared sauna) treatment for this weekend.

I'm a little nervous for my first full-body cyro. Does it take multiple sessions to get used to the intensity?

    one session is around 60 I think and 20 session is 1000GBP, so 50 a session. It´s not quite cheap, but sooo worth it!!:):) I LOVE the post cryotherapy feeling and its especially great if you workout a lot.

Hii lovely!!
How often do you get those sessions?
Dose in regular cold shower i get the same affect?
I usually after evry morning shower move the sink to the coldest temp water to get the refreshing feeling dose it the same?

    I love to go 1-2 a week whenever I´m in London. Cold showers are amazing and I do the same every morning!! Feels so refreshing and wakes me up immediately. However, Cryo is a little more intense and can’t be quite compared with cold showers.☺️☺️
