If I had to chose one food to eat for the rest of my life, I would chose DATES!! 🙂  They are so sweet, have such a soft and goey texture and literally taste like caramel. Everyone with a sweet tooth is going to LOVE them. 🙂

Dates really are a SUPERFOOD with many health benefits!! Did you know that you could just live of dates without having any deficiencies?! (was quite surprised when I read that myself!)

Sadly, many people think dates have too much sugar and eating them will make them gain weight. That’s why I thought it’s time to clear that misconception.

Dates contain zero sodium, zero cholesterol and zero fat which means you can eat as many as you want and never need to worry about weight gain as that makes it literally impossible to gain weight from dates.

Dates are the greatest energy source due to their high sugar content!! However, even more important is that they also contain a lot of potassium (more than bananas) which helps you to build muscles and maintain your fitness levels.
