ITS OKAY TO HAVE BAD DAYS

Hey Guys 🙂

this is probably the most personal blog post yet and I hope sharing it with you will inspire you to be more gentle with yourself when you need some down time. I love that social media gives everyone the opportunity to have a voice and the chance to inspire others, however, it can be challenging sometimes that there is no time off. I want everything that I share to be fully authentic and that´s why there is no point of only showing the sparkling highlights. 🙂

To be honest, I started my blog and Instagram without expecting it to be successful. A few of my early followers encouraged me to share my fitness tips & recipes and it all started out of my passion for a healthy lifestyle. I feel very lucky to have so many of you following me and am always so thankful for your kind comments and messages.  I put a lot of work into replying to messages and even though it looks like I am always having the happiest time, I just want you to know that I also have bad days where I don’t find much motivation to do any of it and life is not always as perfect as it seems. 🙂 However, it is so fulfilling to hear that you guys feel better from following my tips and that always keeps me going. I am very ambitious and always want to give you the best advice but I have learned over the last couple of months that it´s okay to have bad days and to take a step back when we need to.
